The Iron Pig Alehouse serves authentic slow cooked, smoked barbecue. Our goal is to have you experience what it is like to dine in a modern BBQ joint, coupled with an extensive craft beer program to quench your thirst! We serve only the highest quality beef, pork and poultry. Everything is smoked using oak and hickory for hours. The result is melt in your mouth, authentic (and slightly addictive) modern BBQ.

They have HH everyday from 3-6, certain beers on draft and 1/2 rib tips, etc. I am totally in love with their collard green, I swear I can eat a whole pot full. The server have always been good, even though there’s usually a confusion who get the tables right beyond the bar. Servers tend to walk by and bartenders are busy pouring drinks. I’ve also had the mac and cheese (solid), beef brisket (best in SD), and the smoked wings. They’re all so good I’m getting hungry just thinking about it.
Came here for delicious barbecue and craft beer and this place did not disappoint.
Service this evening was on point, our server was very patient and walked us through the different craft beers on tap. He also was kind enough to offer tasters until we could find a beer that suited our taste. Now let me get to the star of the menu which is of course the barbecue! I feel like the best bargain on the menu is the sandwiches. You can have your choice of brisket or pork or chicken sandwich and it comes with a side of fries. I chose the brisket and boy was that good, it was melt-in-your-mouth good!. The GF got a grilled cheese sandwich with added BBQ pork and that was pretty good too. Make sure you ask for a side of their spicy barbecue sauce which is more spicy then the sweet barbecue sauce which is at the table. Also their fries are perfectly fried and well seasoned.
Glad to see this place is producing good food and good beer. Will return!
